Must be reliable, have a strong work ethic and be able to work diligently and remain calm under pressure.
Ideal candidate will have a minimum 1-2 years of experience working in a veterinary practice.
Requirements include, but are not limited to:
Able to professionally communicate with clients, doctors, staff, vendors, etc.
Answering phones and greeting clients/pets in a timely and professional manner.
Computer skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfortable handling various sizes of cats, dogs, and other small animals, including those who may be aggressive.
Accurately handle payment transactions.
Properly maintain medical records and files.
Must be available Monday through Friday, between 7:
30 am - 6:
00 pm, and occasional availability outside of regular hours.
A working interview will be conducted before an offer is made.
