Veterinary/animal care experience is preferred.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Ensure the safety and comfort of all pets in the hospital and report any concerns.
Provide food, water, medications and treatments to pets.
Clean cages, litter boxes, take dogs outside and provide fresh bedding as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of the hospital, including taking out trash, sweeping, mopping, restocking, washing dishes, laundry, etc.
Assist other hospital staff as needed.
Requirements:
Must be comfortable working with animals.
Must be able to clean feces, urine, vomit, blood, etc.
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, take directions and pay close attention to detail.
Weekend and holiday availability is required.
A working interview will be conducted before an offer is made.
