Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required; college experience preferred. Bookkeeper experience required; at least three years related work experience in financial setting preferred. Experience with financial accounting software; CSI/SmartFusion experience preferred. Applicant must have the ability to meet all payroll/reporting deadlines as required and be able to work in a fast paced environment. Excellent verbal and communication skills required as well as the ability to use independent judgment and make decisions.
Responsibilities: To maintain accurate payroll records in compliance with system, state, and federal requirements with all records correct and up to date. Prepare payroll reports to meet all local, state, and federal requirements. Assist all system employees with payroll/benefits questions and issues and foster effective working relationships between administration, staff, and the public. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
